Futuregames - Ropes Adventure


Ropes Adventure is a third person platformer created during a 7 week school project by me and 8 other students from Futuregames. My involvement in this project was mainly modeling/texturing but I also spent alot of time with levelart, leveldesign and post-processing.

These cliffmodels are 3D-scans (taken by Oskar Edlund) but stylized and optimized by me using Zbrush and Maya. Since we use them everywhere in the game I figured that some variation was needed. So I created this shader that applies grasstexture depending on the normal angle of the models.

Water shader created by me. It has alot of functions to make tiling less obvious and depth distance for controlling intersection visuals. This is a preview of a few functions and also the node tree in Shaderforge. Texture was done by our awesome concept artist Victor Källqvist.
